BLACK DIAMOND

Clock Spring BlackDiamond® is ideal for transmission pipeline integrity repairs involving field bends, deformation, metal loss, and crack-like anomalies. It is an engineered, wet applied repair system featuring proprietary carbon fiber cloth applied with a two-part epoxy and a high modulus filler material. It is available in multiple kit sizes for any diameter pipe, in any configuration. Engineered repairs follow ISO or ASME guidelines.

Repairs can be used as DOT accepted permanent repairs for integrity digs, with proven negligible creep ensuring a long service life with carbon fiber technology. BlackDiamond can be installed with minimal disruption to the operation of a pipe, without the use of hot work, heavy machinery, or shut down to operations.

Atlas™ HT is the most tested, high temperature, carbon fiber composite solution for the permanent repair and rehabilitation of pipelines and piping structures operating at high temperatures up to 450°F (232°C). DIAMONDWRAP

DiamondWrap® is an engineered, field-saturated repair system made of proprietary carbon fiber cloth applied with a two-part epoxy and a high-modulus filler material. It functions as a pressure-containing repair to seal leaks and as a reinforcing repair to restore original pipe strength in both the hoop and axial directions.

DiamondWrap® is used regularly in plants, refineries, tank farms, terminals, and offshore locations around the globe and is ideal or complicated geometry, such as tees, flanges, and varying diameter pipe. It is available in multiple kit sizes for any temperature and diameter pipe and can be installed with minimal disruption to operations.

ThermoWrap® is an engineered, field-saturated repair system made of proprietary fiberglass cloth applied with a two-part epoxy and a high-modulus filler material. ThermoWrap® is used globally in plants, refineries, tank farms, terminals and on offshore assets as a pressure-containing repair to seal leaks and as a reinforcing repair to restore the strength of a pipe in the axial and circumferential directions. It is ideal for repairs involving complicated geometry, including tees, flanges, and varying diameter pipe.

ThermoWrap® is available in multiple kit sizes for any temperature and diameter pipe and can be installed with minimal disruption to operations. It repairs through-wall defects and installs easily in challenging environments where there is complicated pipe architecture.

VIPERSKIN

ViperSkin™ is the first bi-axial, hybrid carbon and glass fiber, pre-saturated system to blend the unsurpassed strength and stillness of carbon with the ease and use of a moisture-cured, factory-saturated polyurethane. The pre-saturated system ensures appropriate fiber-to-resin content ratios to deliver reliable performance in restoring pipeline integrity on lines with complex geometry.
